Latest Synergy Service Pack
A service pack is a minor update to install the latest enhancements and changes to your software package and any minor bug fixes that have been developed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only install the latest Service Pack on computers running Synergy Version 5.00 or higher. Please ensure you download and read the Service Pack Instruction Guide before downloading and installing the Service Pack.

Updated Reminder Letters
Due to the new Postcode requirements by NZ Post, we have updated the Standard Reminder Letters for our products to include a Postcode field. If you have Custom Reminder Letters please contact the helpdesk on 0800 333 500 to arrange getting these updated.

Synergy Postcode Finder
The Synergy Postcode Finder integrates with your Synergy database to update your client address and postcode information to align with the new NZ Post postcoding standards. For more information please see the Utilities page under the Products tab.
This download can be run as a demo or can be registered by contacting Synergy Business Solutions on 0800 333 500. Please ensure you download and read the Synergy Postcode Finder Manual below before installing and running the Synergy Postcode Finder utility. Send Product Key Utility
The Send Product Key utility is a program developed by Synergy which will update our database, via the internet, with an up-to-date record of your current Synergy product key. This is important to ensure you receive upgrades and enhancement packs relevant to your current software package.
Installation is very straightforward - Click the download link below, if you are asked whether you want to 'Run', 'Save' or 'Cancel' simply click 'Run'. Follow the on-screen prompts until you get to the option to 'Send Product Key' click this button and the program will tell you when it is complete.
