Synergy 2008 Upgrade
The Synergy 2008 upgrade is being rolled out to in a phased approach. If you have been advised that your upgrade is ready - please first download and read the Synergy 2008 upgrade document below to guide you through the upgrade installation procedure.
IMPORTANT NOTES: This upgrade will only work if you have been specifically advised your upgrade is ready - if you have not yet been advised of this, the installation procedure will not complete on your computer. If you have transaction archiving turned on, please contact the Synergy helpdesk before installing the upgrade - detail of how to check this is in the upgrade document below. If you have POSLink you must also install the Synergy 2008 POSLink Upgrade immediately after installing the Synergy 2008 Upgrade.

Latest Synergy v5 Service Pack
A service pack is a minor update to install the latest enhancements and changes to your software package and any minor bug fixes that have been developed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only install the latest Service Pack on computers running Synergy Version 5.xx. Please ensure you download and read the Service Pack Instruction Guide before downloading and installing the Service Pack.

Updated Reminder Letters
Due to the new Postcode requirements by NZ Post, we have updated the Standard Reminder Letters for our products to include a Postcode field. If you have Custom Reminder Letters please contact the helpdesk on 0800 333 500 to arrange getting these updated.
