External applications to compliment your Synergy system
Synergy prides itself on our ability to adapt our software to meet new technologies, industry standards and client suggestions. The features built in to our core software are a tribute to this, however we also specialise in making external applications (utilities) which can speak directly to our core programs to provide features not required in the core program itself.
Synergy Post Code Finder
We have recently developed a utility which can automatically scan your Synergy client database and update your client addresses with Post Code information to help you meet the new NZ Post Requirements. Inside this utility we have incorporated several tools to help convert the remainder of your database, unable to be converted automatically and tools which may help update any incorrect address information you may have in your database.

Synergy Data Export
As you may already know, there are many reports built into the Synergy program which can be exported to Excel spreadsheet or pdf for further analysis. We have now developed a utility which will enable you to export a greater range of data from your Synergy program with a few simple clicks.
